Dr. Solomon Kuruvila Is a fully trained Consultant in Hepato-Pancreato Biliary, Gastro Intestinal and abdominal multi organ {Liver- (Live Donor & Cadaver), Pancreas, Islets, Kidney} transplant Surgery at Kochi, Kerala, India with more than 18 years of experience in the surgical field. He has previously worked as Consultant in HPB & Multi-Organ Transplantation & GI Surgery in the Freeman Hospital, a quaternary referral center for advanced healthcare in the North of England, UK and subsequently relocated to India and worked as Consultant Multi-Organ transplant & GI Surgeon at Lakeshore Hospital.
Dr.Solomon continues to have a flourishing Gastro Intestinal (GI) Surgery practice with GI oncology work and Benign GI work most carried out laparoscopically and is an expert in highly advanced procedures including liver transplantation (live donor and cadaveric), pancreas (whole organ & islets) transplant, kidney transplant, complex HPB surgery and minimally invasive HPB surgery (laparoscopic & robotic). He has gathered experience in managing patients for Nano Knife treatment and special interest in Neuroendocrine Tumours ,Sarcomas & complex Shunt surgeries.
